Here are a few landscapes taken since I got the M9 that aren’t online anywhere so I figured I’d bring the blog up to date.
Went and saw Joey Cape and Tony Sly tonight. It was awesome to re-live some great songs from my teen years, with my cousin Justin with whom I shared so many of those good times.

Two little limestone outcrops I named blood brothers, off the cliffs between Mullaloo and Ocean Reef. Here is a link to the location on google maps. Not easily accessible and scrambling back up in the dark wasn’t much fun.
Here are two shots from sunset today. While the sunset was mediocre I’m happy with how the shots came out.
It was the first time I used my custom polariser I fashioned for the Lee RF75 system. My polariser was $40, theirs is USD$399.
Bucko, Lee and my old workmate Giles make up a band called Bat Country. One of the best kept secrets having not had an official record until now. Do yourselves a favour and check them out.
I went for a walk through the city before sunrise. All of these shots are handheld, braced against walls or with the camera rested on whatever is available.
I’m interested in getting one of these to adapt my diminutive Leica M mount lenses to. Solely for the purposes of shooting some HD video.
